training at employment and pre-position
training: the hr shall be responsible for
performing the training at emplacement for the
new employees, which is to introduce the general
information of company and the policies of
company. the department manager shall be
responsible for the pre-position training, which
is to introduce the duty of his position, the
function of the department, the operation
procedure and position policies. |

in-service training: the company will regularly
organize or arrange employees to take part into
study and training according to their needs in
position and actual working, so as to help the
employees to update professional knowledge,
improve working efficiency and professional
skill and establish the processional working
attitude and working manners. |

training for turning position: if the employee
is transferred to other new positions, before
working at the new position, that employee shall
take the training on the knowledge, skills,
working procedure for the new position. only
after the training the test, can the employee go
to his post to work. |

management method, the company will arrange the
