principle of training
   
  in order to establish the qualified employee teams for the sustainable development of company, dahao company is devoted to establish the learning team, continuously improve the learning capabilities of employees and train the first-class employees. during his employment, any staff can receive his training and development opportunity provided by the company.
  dahao company encourages the initiative learning and the life-long study. each employee shall be responsible for his development and make himself the compound talent with the comprehensive quality and professional knowledge.
  each middle/high level manager shall provide the conditions and the direction for the development and training of his subordinates, as well as helping his subordinates to get improved in the professional knowledge and skills.
 
training and development
   
  training at employment and pre-position training: the hr shall be responsible for performing the training at emplacement for the new employees, which is to introduce the general information of company and the policies of company. the department manager shall be responsible for the pre-position training, which is to introduce the duty of his position, the function of the department, the operation procedure and position policies.
  in-service training: the company will regularly organize or arrange employees to take part into study and training according to their needs in position and actual working, so as to help the employees to update professional knowledge, improve working efficiency and professional skill and establish the processional working attitude and working manners.
  training for turning position: if the employee is transferred to other new positions, before working at the new position, that employee shall take the training on the knowledge, skills, working procedure for the new position. only after the training the test, can the employee go to his post to work.
  abroad visit & investigation: in order to extend the view, know the development trend of the industry and technology and learn the advanced management method, the company will arrange the relating persons to attend the exhibition, technology forum in and abroad or go to the good enterprise to pay a visit.
  internal study group: the company encourages and helps to organize the study group. the company encourages the initiative study of employees by providing the needed expense for the study. the employee are encouraged to exchange the technical experience and improve his professional knowledge and skills.
